Prior to joining the Litigation Team, Pete DeMarco clerked for Judge Theodore D. Chuang on the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and worked as a staff attorney at Georgetown University Law Center’s Institute for Public Representation. He also previously worked on NRDC’s Litigation Team as a Ford Foundation Fellow. DeMarco holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Furman University, a master’s degree in African studies from University of Ghana, and a J.D. and a master’s degree in environment and resources from Stanford University. He is based in NRDC’s Washington, D.C., office.
