Philip Henderson focuses on how energy efficiency is realized in buildings. He has worked on financing tools to enable owners, lenders, and utilities to invest in new measures and technologies that will increase the energy efficiency of buildings. After working on Capitol Hill and with a Washington, D.C.–based law firm, he worked at LendingTree as legal counsel, helping the company to create an online lending process. He then served as general counsel for Overture Technologies, a firm that creates automated underwriting systems. Henderson is a graduate of the University of Virginia Law School. He is based in Washington, D.C.
