Samuel Eisenberg represents NRDC in wildlife, public lands, and oceans cases in the federal courts. Prior to joining NRDC, Eisenberg was an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Diana E. Murphy of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the Honorable David R. Stras of the Minnesota Supreme Court. Eisenberg holds a J.D. from Stanford University, where he was an editor for the Stanford Law Review, and a bachelor’s degree in physics from Harvey Mudd College. He is based in NRDC's Chicago office.
